we are all bipolar...

cuz we ALL BI-POLAR....look at symptoms...applies to everyone. We just don't want to admit we are sick.we all have mood swings...but we think it is NORMAL. Some people control better than others....but it comes out as illnesses and stress, obesity, anger, etc...or we take other drugs to "even" ourselves out. Drugs also in form of food as medication then we get the sugar high, carbo low, etc..

but bi-polar, quieting of ego can't be done by meditation alone...it's the food!     duality in world...50-50 political races...
