anGRY --> anGER (Grhhh). GER is anagram of GRE.
The CRY POEM has translations shown of many of the words on the list above.
Some words - the etymology is from a form of crying - such as the word reGREt (Merriam-Webster)
Middle English regretten, from Anglo-French regreter, from re- + -greter (perhaps of Germanic origin; akin to Old Norse grata to weep)
Other words are from contractions (Not noted in online dictionaries) - CRI-ME --> CRI-MIN (MAN)-al.  Also SYNnonyms / related words.
Can't always BeLIEve those dictionary writers...

-----

We feel alone because our subconscious emotions separate us from each other - our HATE, ANGER, JEALOUSY (love), etc...learned from birth and before
while still inside the womb.  When we physically cry - we often want to be alone. Sometimes in the arms / company of another ("Misery loves company.")...but often alone. Sulking.
We often hide our tears from others -- some by wearing dark sunglasses to hide physical tears, or just LOOKING AWAY to hide our internal TUR / TEARmoil.

As for crAzy with an A --

Sometimes, it's easier to be "crazy" rather than "normal," because when you are "crazy" one doesn't have to live by the rules of being "normal" -
which differ from place to place, and depending on the time period - how confusing!
Have you heard? - We're all bipolar (right or left brain oriented), which doesn't make us "crazy," because that is just a relative title - but what if we weren't?
