Fortaleza, Brazil - In the Eyes

If eyes are the window to the soul -- what does this photo tell you?

As most people have not heard of Fortaleza, below are four of Wayne's photos of Fortaleza, Brazil from May 2007. A large city.

Above:
The skyscraper coastline of Fortaleza. 5th largest city in Brazil with 2.4 million people. 3.4 million in the metro area.

Philippines - Not a very powerful God

If the Pope is the spiritual head / descendant of the all powerful church and has a "divine right," etc, etc... to lead
then wouldn't "God" watch over him and make sure nothing happened to him? Why does he need a bulletproof car?
After all -- "God" is "All-powerful" isn't he? He "created" the oceans, animals...the book of GENesis?

Now, somebody could make the argument that "God commanded the pope / followers to build a bulletproof vehicle,"
but now then, that God wouldn't be very powerful -- would HE?
(The usage of HE for God is because the Catholic church has and continues to suppress women)

Besides - many BeLIEvers thank God when their life is miraculously saved in some "close call."
So - with this logic - God could save you / BeLIEver, but not protect the pope from an assassin? BeLIEve whatever you want.

CTK - mentions SECURITy (SACRED) of the visit by the Pope and Bill-LION-AIRe - Bill Gates.

Vatican City - Guards? An Army?

Donīt the Swiss Guards protect the pope? Why does the pope need an army at all?
Same logic as above. Maybe it's just pomp and circumstance to sucker BeLIEvers.
Maybe they're (Church officials) scared of others because they don't KNOW who God IS.
