By the way, the current Iranian president believes the Mahdi is coming soon.
I have no doubt he will do his best to "prepare the way."  
He is right about a "Mahdi-like" figure coming, just not right that there will be a perfect Islamic society.

Apsu (or Abzu, from Sumerian ab = water, zu = far) fathered upon Tiamat the Elder deities Lahmu and Lahamu (the "muddy"), a title given to the gatekeepers at the Enki Abzu temple in Eridu.
