Self-Deception

Definition: When you believe your own lies.

Examples: anorexia (Wiki) / bulimia (Wiki)

These terrible "diseases" afflict many young women. How it works more/less:

Look in the mirror / praise from others - > Think they are "hot" / special -> More they look, more they think they are hot
Need more praise, if not get it --> After looking, think not "perfect/good" enough ->
make adjustments (lose weight, puking, etc..) encouraged by airbrushed girls on magazines -> repeat cycle
(This cycle keeps on looping, until the original cause (pride) is terminated)

Somewhere along the line, these girls get bitchy attitudes and won't give unassuming guys like me the time of day,
even when I am not even trying to hit on them! BITCH!
No wonder they fall prey to the 'assholes' who have learned to tell them what they want to hear - need for praise!

'Pretty' girls tend to get this disease. Why pretty girls? BECAUSE of the PRIDEFULNESS of VANITY!!!!!!

Eliminate pride and you remove the deception from self-deception. You will BE yourself.
