Basic Mushroom

So many shapes and sizes

Edible Mushrooms

Kind of looks like a cauliflower.

Wide cloud. Low rider.

Mushroom Clouds

Stop eating mushrooms. The last Buddha reputedly died from eating either mushroom or pork. I'll bet it was a mushroom. Maybe a toxic mushroom mixed in with pork.

Text equation:  Eating Mushrooms = high on one self (Temporary pride) / Nuclear weapons = Mushroom clouds / Nuclear weapons = ultimate weapons of pride (Peacemakers my ass)

Greatest consumers of mushrooms per capita? French (Truffles), Chinese (In low dosage - every dish), Americans, need table....

US - 1960s - 1.03 lb/capita / 1970s - 2.02 lb/capita / 1980s - 3.35 lb/capita (Decade of greed?) / 1990 - 3.83 lb/capita / 2000s - 3.98 lb/capita  (No wonder rudeness and selfishness is at an all time high!) - Source: USDA

England - 2x US - 8 lbs ; Netherlands - 3x US - 12 lbs. Was consumption this high during their periods of colonialism and slave transport?  July 1998 Mushrooms - they'll grow on you (Milwaukee  Journal). So pride grows on you....or rather IN YOU.

Mushrooms are seen as a DElicacy. Prideful people are attracted to expensive foods. Thus pride can grow as one's income grows by food. (If this metaphor is true. It seems right by intuition - though I can't prove it - yet.)

How Did the Buddha Die? / More mushroom links - USDA Report

By the way - I've been allergic to mushrooms my whole life. And shellfish....you might want to go easy on that too.
