Pride's Resistance

Your pride will resist this message of the future. Pride wants you to be preoccupied with blaming others. 
After all, it is the source of hate.
Pride wants you to hope that Armageddon is not at hand. Hope that the war won't be bad.
Hope that rational minds will prevail (See Fog of War DVD).
HOPE springs eternal like water from a well.
(This could be a reason why the Movie - The Ring is so scary too!)
Hope provides your mind with unlimited explanations and excuses. Perhaps why we are susceptible to paranoia.

Well of Hope

Pride wants you to say that you are in control. After all - you are an Army of One (Stupid US Army slogan - recently replaced).
It is all about you, my space, my documents, my desktop, my town, my car, my school,
my music, my money, my country, my frat, my sorority, my company, my house, my beauty, my problems, me, me, me, me, me.
Pride wants you to think you are right. It wants to DEny the truth from you.
